Responsibilities
- Represent business owners in a wide range of business litigation matters.
- Handle fiduciary and probate litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Manage disputes involving wills, trusts, estates, and business assets.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
- Participate in court appearances, depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues on complex, high-value litigation matters.
- Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or eligible for admission.
- 1-3 years of litigation experience.
- Experience with fiduciary and probate litigation is preferred.
- Familiarity with will contests, trust disputes, and asset-related litigation is a plus.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters while working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Competitive salary of $90,000-$110,000, based on experience.
