A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to support a sophisticated intellectual property litigation practice. The position focuses on representing clients in patent and trade secret disputes involving technology, life sciences, and consumer products while working on complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.

The successful candidate will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and other litigation documents, collaborate on case strategy, and communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel. Attorneys will work closely with experienced litigators while developing advanced advocacy skills across a broad range of intellectual property disputes.

Duties

• Represent clients in patent and trade secret litigation matters.
