Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
- Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and practical legal counsel.
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced practice.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Arizona Bar license, or ability to obtain admission promptly.
- 2-9 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and case management abilities.
