What You'll Do
- Process 100-150 customs entries daily across a variety of commodities
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, tariffs, and classifications
- Handle entry transmissions, audits, and corrections with speed and precision
- Work closely with operations, freight teams, and clients to keep freight moving
- Act as a key support to leadership, stepping in as the right hand when needed
- Active Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) - REQUIRED
- Proven ability to handle high-volume entry processing
- Strong knowledge of HTS classification, customs compliance, and PGA requirements
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy under pressure
- Team player mindset with a "worker bee" mentality-no ego, just execution
