What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Associate Attorney position at gpac?
A Mid-Atlantic regional law firm of over 100 attorneys, headquartered in Philadelphia, which is engaged in defense civil litigation and trial practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience defending slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense cases and have a strong attention to detail, and excellent research and writing skills. Insurance coverage experience is a plus.
Must be barred in New Jersey.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
0-3 years of experience in slip and fall, premises liability and insurance defense litigation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
