What You'll Do
- Help the development and establishment of the in-house interior design division
- Design and manage commercial interior projects from concept through completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and leadership to deliver cohesive, high-quality spaces
- Oversee space planning, material selection, finishes, and client presentations
- Build and mentor a growing team of designers
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
- 2 years of professional interior design experience
- Strong background in commercial interiors (office, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use)
- Proficiency in design software (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Passion for building and growing a design program
- NCIDQ certification or eligibility preferred but not necessary
