Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative
Location Territory: Cincinnati- South to Louisville and Lexington KY, north to halfway between Cincinnati and Columbus
Compensation: OTE $80,000 - $140,000 for first 2 years and Base commissions after that $50,000 base getting to $150,000-$200,000 OTE. 4% of sales, no commission cap, no sales quota.

This role will help grow the territory representing one of North America's largest manufacturers of custom HVAC Equipment. They have excellent employee retention and transparent leadership. You Will Be Responsible For
- Prospecting and closing new commercial service clients
- Selling preventative maintenance, controls upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacements
- Building and managing a pipeline of service contracts and lead gen opportunities
- Maintaining strong client engagement with facility managers and owners
- Coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery
- Commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experience
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong professional presentation and CRM discipline
