A well-established heavy civil and excavation contractor in the Lincoln market is actively seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support large-scale sitework, underground utility, grading, and earthmoving projects throughout southeastern Nebraska. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of commercial, municipal, and infrastructure work.

Position Overview
The Heavy Equipment Operator will safely and efficiently operate a variety of earthmoving and construction equipment on active job sites. Candidates with experience in mass excavation, underground utilities, site prep, grading, and civil construction are highly preferred.

- Industrial and municipal work
- 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Experience reading grade stakes and site plans is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL is a plus but not required
