Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all elevator operations, safety, and staff
- Oversee grain origination, merchandising, and producer relationships
- Manage inventory control, grain quality, and blending opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
- Plan daily work schedules and oversee payroll and operational records
- 3 years of experience managing grain elevator operations and people
- Strong background in grain merchandising and origination preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience a plus
- Ability to work closely with producers, merchandisers, and logistics teams
- Proficient with computer systems; ag software experience preferred
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
