- Own and drive sales strategy targeting A&D industrial markets
- Lead business development key accounts (not just manage a team)
- Align marketing with real revenue (not fluff campaigns)
- Build and mentor a high-performing, accountable sales team
- Work cross-functionally to win and execute on complex opportunities
- You're not inheriting a broken team - you're building and scaling
- Real backing from leadership to grow market share
- Strong product/service offering already in place
- Direct impact on revenue (not buried in layers)
- Experience selling into Aerospace, Defense, or highly technical industrial markets
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership or high-level individual contribution
- Someone who understands long sales cycles complex deals
- Ability to think strategically AND execute
- Competitive base performance upside
