Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage an independent litigation caseload
- Conduct depositions
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Review and analyze discovery requests
- Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
- Assist with trial preparation and support
- Maintain accurate time records
- Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience; product liability or toxic tort experience is a plus
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Experience with motion practice and depositions
- Ability to handle depositions, including working with fact and expert witnesses
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
