The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling the company's full-cycle accounting, with a strong focus on job costing and construction-related financial tracking. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple custom home projects.

About The Role
The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling the company's full-cycle accounting, with a strong focus on job costing and construction-related financial tracking. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple custom home projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger
- Perform job costing and track budgets for multiple custom home projects
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage draw schedules and lien waivers
- 3-7 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (construction preferred)
- Experience with job costing and WIP reporting
- Familiarity with construction billing (progress billing, draws, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks (Desktop)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
