Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and budgets for commercial projects
- Perform takeoffs and review plans/specs
- Assist with conceptual budgeting and early project planning
- Coordinate with subcontractors and support bid leveling
- Work closely with preconstruction and project teams
- All local projects - home every night
- Strong, organized preconstruction team

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
