Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed
- Review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present
- Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Answer client questions and monitor processing of goods
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers
- 2-3 years of entry writing experience, within a 3PL/Freight Forwarding environment
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
- Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
