Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales by building relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and architects
- Guide clients through the selection process, including surfaces, colors, and layouts
- Act as the main point of contact from initial consultation through project completion
- Prepare quotes and manage orders through fabrication and installation
- Provide a consultative sales experience focused on design, functionality, and quality
- Develop and grow a personal book of business through networking and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Experience working with stone, marble, or granite fabricators and installers is preferred
- Established industry contacts or repeated business
- Strong design sense with the ability to coordinate colors and guide clients visually
- Experience with design or layout software is a plus
- Ability to manage customer relationships and provide a high-touch service experience
- Established, family-owned company with 30 years of stability and reputation
- High-end product line with strong market demand
- Flexible compensation structure including base salary, commission, and bonus

Salary : $60,000 - $125,000
