What You'll Do
- Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
- Support loan committee preparation by reviewing credit structures and documentation
- Ensure loans align with the bank's credit policy and regulatory standards
- Communicate with lenders to address documentation or credit concerns
- Help monitor loan performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
- Participate in credit committee and department meetings
- Assist in department reporting and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 1 years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into new responsibilities
