Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Handle transactions involving private equity, joint ventures, and complex corporate matters
- Provide strategic counsel on business transactions across a variety of industries
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized team on high-value deals
- Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions
- Background in private equity and joint ventures strongly preferred
- Exposure to bankruptcy or pre-bankruptcy matters is a plus
- Big Law experience and/or top-tier law school credentials required
- Portable book of business preferred
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
