Skills And Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
- Licensed to practice in MN or ability to be admitted within six months of employment
- Willingness to mentor associates within the firm
