Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and real estate documents
- Assist with business transactions, entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, and financing matters
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on transactional and commercial real estate issues
- Work directly with firm partners and clients on active matters
- Manage multiple projects across various practice areas
- Support clients ranging from businesses and individuals to public entities
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate, transactional, business, or commercial real estate law
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range of $125,000-$135,000
