What You'll Be Doing
- Take charge of all accounting and financial operations across two clinics
- Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Dive into profit margins and performance metrics to uncover opportunities
- Advise leadership on cost control and growth strategies
- Ensure everything runs by the book - compliance, reporting, and policies
- Work hand-in-hand with management and ownership to hit financial goals
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of financial management experience in a medical or healthcare setting or non-profit
- Familiar 304B Accounting Style
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- CPA or CMA certification preferred (but not required)
