What You'll Do
- Represent clients in construction litigation and/or insurance defense matters
- Handle cases from initial evaluation through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance professionals
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with a talented and supportive legal team
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Experience in construction litigation, insurance defense, or a related litigation practice
- Strong writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team
- Strong desire to provide exceptional client service
