A well-established law firm founded in 2000 is seeking a 3-5 year Associate Attorney to join its growing construction and business litigation practice. Built to serve clients in complex business and construction-related matters, the firm has expanded to multiple attorneys across two offices and maintains a strong regional presence throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

What You'll Do
- Manage construction and business litigation matters with increasing autonomy
- Handle cases from inception through discovery, motion practice, and resolution
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with seasoned litigators who value mentorship and professional growth
- 3-5 years of litigation experience (construction or business litigation strongly preferred, but open to insurance defense candidates)
- Ability to run cases independently and take responsibility for matters
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Licensed in South Carolina
- Greenville or Columbia, SC (flexibility depending on the candidate)
