What You'll Do
- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets
- Experience working on projects valued up to $50M
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
- A base salary of $70,000-$160,000 based on your experience!

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
