Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and client communications
- Collaborate with partners and team members on complex litigation matters
- 4 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong writing and analytical skills (writing sample required)
- Ability to manage cases independently and "hit the ground running"
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Ohio (in good standing)
- $160,000 - $190,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus structure includes billable-based, discretionary, and origination components
- Billable Requirement: 1,800 hoursHybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
- Includes up to 50 pro bono hours
