Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to commercial insurance clients via phone and email
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage inquiries, and account servicing needs
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records within agency management systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of requests and service issues
- Collaborate with agency staff and carrier partners to deliver outstanding client support
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout all client interactions
- Active Property & Casualty License required
- 1 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
