My client is seeking a highly organized, process-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and help manage a mid-market book of business in their Elm Grove office. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who values accuracy, consistency, and strong internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative servicing of a commercial book of business with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation
- Prepare renewal timelines, exposure summaries, and organized submission packets
- Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes in a timely and precise manner
- Issue and track Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to delivery
- Maintain clean, well-documented electronic files within the agency management system
- Monitor renewal schedules and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal team members to keep workflows moving efficiently
- 5 years of Commercial Lines experience
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license
- Strong knowledge of GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Workers' Comp
- Demonstrated ability to manage renewals and service accounts independently
- Proficiency with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
