Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
- Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
- Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
- Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment
- Active Texas P&C Insurance License
- 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Experience in marketing commercial accounts
- Proficiency in EPIC systems
- Strong Full Servicing Skills- Proposals, COI's, Endorsements, WC, etc
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
- Bilingual is Strongly Perferred
