Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical scopes on commercial projects
- Lead MEP coordination and oversee subcontractors
- Handle RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Ensure successful commissioning and startup of mechanical systems
- Support QA/QC and project closeout efforts
- 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
- Commercial construction experience with a General Contractor or Mechanical Contractor
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and commissioning
- Experience on large commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or institutional projects preferred
