Qualifications
- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Varied caseload including real estate litigation, employment litigation, and some real estate transactions
- Any civil litigation background will be considered
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Minnesota
- Exceptional legal writing ability
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team environment
