- Manage a personal caseload in civil litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy and provide updates to clients.
- Participate in all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 1-10 years of civil litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
- Experience on plaintiff or defense side considered.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
