Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and participate in court appearances
- Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Manage caseloads while meeting billable requirements
- 1-10 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in personal injury defense preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active California Bar license in good standing
