About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards
- Provide ongoing support and education to staff and families
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload and work both independently and as part of a team
