Bid Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Management: Lead the coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) responses.
- Submission Compliance: Review tender documents to ensure all mandatory requirements, specifications, and deadlines are met.
- Documentation & Editing: Produce, format, and edit proposal documents, ensuring they are visually cohesive, error-free, and branded.
- Collaboration: Liaise with project managers, technical teams, and directors to gather necessary information and content for bids.
- Administration: Maintain bid trackers, manage bid libraries, and update case studies/CVs.
- Organization: Strong project management abilities to handle multiple, simultaneous, and strict deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Salary based on experience - bonus based on company profitability
