Responsibilities
- Handle insurance defense and general liability matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court conferences
- Work closely with senior attorneys who provide hands-on guidance and mentorship
- 2 years of experience in insurance defense and/or general liability
- Active bar license in good standing
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate supervision
