A highly respected law firm is seeking two Associate-level Attorneys to join its Commercial and Insurance Defense Litigation practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for an Attorney who enjoys all phases of trial work from drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice engagement, and participation in evidentiary hearings. The ideal candidate(s) have strong academic credentials, and exceptional research, writing, and analytical ability.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of litigation experience required
- Currently licensed, and in good standing to practice in the state of New Hampshire
- Experience appearing in Court preferred
- Taking and defending depositions preferred
- Strong analytical & Writing skills (please provide a writing sample)
- Draft and prepare discovery and motions
- Take and Defend depositions
- Argue motions before federal and state courts
- Conduct interviews and gather material
- Coordinate, collaborate, and support other Attorneys
- Organize filing of litigation documents and processes
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to matters
