Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership with the IL State Bar
- Motivated to grow
- Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
- Attend mediations and actively participate in negotiating settlements
- Manage your own cases with excellent guidence
