Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of litigation experience
- Skilled at arguing motions
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership in both Kansas and Missouri State Bars required
- Motivated to grow with excellent mentorship
- Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
- Attend mediations and actively participate in negotiating settlements
- Manage your own cases

Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
