What You'll Do
- Lead design from concept through construction documents
- Work directly with clients to bring their vision to life
- Design within ARB guidelines and local requirements
- Handle as-builts, site verification, and coordination
- Mentor junior team members as the team grows
- Strong architectural design experience (beyond drafting)
- Ability to run projects independently
- Client-facing confidence and communication skills
- Knowledge of ARB/regulatory guidelines
- Pursuing licensure preferred
- True project ownership client exposure
- Clear path to leadership
- Growing team with strong design focus
