The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of invoices across multiple projects. Prior experience in commercial roofing or general construction accounting is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
- Match invoices to job cost codes and confirm materials or services received
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate and organized A/P records and files
- Communicate with vendors, project managers, and field teams to ensure accurate payments
- Manage compliance documentation including lien waivers and W-9s
- Support monthly closeout activities and reporting as needed
- 2 years of accounts payable experience (construction industry required, preferred in commercial roofing)
- Familiarity with construction job cost accounting and project-based billing
- Experience using accounting/ERP systems
- Strong Excel and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of lien waivers, vendor compliance, and subcontractor paperwork is a plus

Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
