Job Status:
- Full-Time / Temporary (Seasonal December-May)
- Hourly
- Exempt / Non-Exempt Reports to: Distribution Manager
Role Responsibilities:
- Phone Support
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service for orders and inquiries
- Mail Processing
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail and catalogs using the mail machine
- Record check payments in a spreadsheet
- Sales Coordinator Support
- Communicate with Sales Coordinators regarding waivers, payments, and incoming seed
- Print and mail documents provided by Sales Coordinators
- Order Processing
- Enter and manage house orders in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Process orders from entry to preparation for invoicing
- Office Maintenance
- Monitor and report office supply needs
- Periodic cleaning of the office, kitchen, and bathrooms
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team
Education:
Required education: High SchoolExperience / Skills / Abilities:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
