This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, hands-on sales executive to lead occupancy growth across a portfolio of luxury senior living communities throughout the Western United States. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Vice President of Sales will partner closely with community sales teams to drive performance, optimize pricing strategies, elevate sales execution, and support new community lease-ups and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic sales leadership for a portfolio of luxury senior living communities throughout the Western United States
- Partner with community sales teams to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and overall sales performance
- Develop and implement portfolio-wide sales strategies that align with organizational goals
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitive positioning, pricing, and lead conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coach, mentor, and develop community sales leaders while holding teams accountable to performance expectations
- Support community lease-ups, acquisitions, transitions, and other high-priority initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic growth plans and improve overall portfolio performance
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure alignment across the organization
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned portfolio to provide on-site leadership, coaching, and operational support
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the sales organization
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, sales execution, and customer experience throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Progressive sales leadership experience within senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-focused service industry
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site sales teams and driving occupancy or revenue growth
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and business acumen with experience evaluating sales performance and market opportunities
- Experience developing pricing strategies, revenue optimization initiatives, and value-based sales approaches
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable balancing executive-level strategy with hands-on support in the field
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
- Candidates located in the Western United States are strongly preferred
