Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events; ensure calendars are up-to-date and conflicts are minimized
- Accurately input information for the account opening process
- Receive directions from clients; in contributing and distributing from their investment accounts, changing beneficiaries, and requesting meetings
- Organize filing systems—both digital and physical—to maintain easy access to important documents while ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or professional banking environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated experience with schedule management, calendar coordination, and event planning

- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping
