Role Description The Administrator/Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalamazoo, MI, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth, professional environment. This position manages front-desk activities, greets clients, answers phones, and directs inquiries to the appropriate team members. The role includes scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, organizing files and records, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The Administrator/Office Manager monitors and maintains office equipment and supplies, coordinates vendors and service providers, and supports basic billing or document preparation tasks as needed. This role also involves assisting the accounting staff with administrative support, maintaining confidentiality of client information, and contributing to a positive, client-focused office culture.
