Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting channel growth by increasing guest frequency, check, and lifetime value across owned touchpoints through the development of compelling marketing campaigns and optimization of offer strategy.
Essential Functions
- Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute multichannel engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer retention, repeat purchases, and increased check.
- Own lifecycle and personalized marketing strategies—including onboarding, win-back, re-engagement, and upsell journeys.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to build campaigns that are personalized, timely, and impactful.
- Analyze performance and continually optimize campaign content, timing, segmentation, and frequency based on redemption rates, discounts, and incrementality.
- Identify and test new engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and brand affinity.
- Support app, website, and point-of-sale efforts related to customer engagement functionality.
- Relationship Management
- Work cross-functionally with creative, brand marketing, digital, IT, and partners to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve brand goals.
- Build effective working relationships with field teams to translate franchisees' needs into action.
- Establish and maintain trust, credibility and empathy with internal & external partners.
- Provide timely feedback, and maximize efficiency, quality, timeliness, and responsiveness in a manner that best supports the organization's initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, technology, business, advertising, or other related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field, Preferred
- Experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing plans and programs
- Agency, CPG, retail, restaurant, hospitality, food, or beverage experience, Preferred
- Strong project management skills with ability to drive projects and/or campaigns forward to completion while remaining highly organized and detail-oriented
- Data-driven and can support decisions with insights and analytics
- Results-oriented with ability to translate strategy and business objectives into actionable plans with associated KPIs
- Ability to create program goals, messaging, communication, and overall plans and manage programs to meet those goals
- Problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders (both internal and external) in a timely manner
