The Construction Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Field Operations Team and Project Managers. This role is critical in keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing proposals for additional and extra work
- Produce controller charts for superintendents prior to final client inspections
- Maintain monthly billing submittals and corresponding tracking logs
- Coordinate printing and distribution of updated construction plans for field use
- Order site furnishings following approved submittals
- High school diploma or a minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Competitive hourly pay: $20 – $21/hour
