We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position will oversee the day-to-day scheduling and dispatching of our transport trucks. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment, maintain clear communication with field teams, and keep operations running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the daily dispatching of transport trucks.
Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups to meet project schedules.
Communicate with field operations to confirm timing, locations, and priorities.
Monitor driver schedules and adjust routes as needed to maximize efficiency.
Track job completions and ensure accurate reporting of transport activity.
Work closely with the Fleet Admin to support logistics and documentation.
Report directly to the Fleet Manager on scheduling, performance, and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and 1-2 years prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet operations preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adjust quickly to schedule changes.
Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, or fleet software a plus.
Team player with the ability to coordinate between drivers, field staff, and management.
