Location: Georgia
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide virtual therapy services to individuals navigating mental health challenges. This role focuses on delivering structured, evidence-based counseling while helping clients build practical coping strategies and improve daily functioning. Your work directly supports better emotional health outcomes through consistent, one-on-one care in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state guidelines
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Collaborate with internal care teams when appropriate
- Ensure ethical and professional standards are consistently met
- Active LPC license in the state of Georgia
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience
- Experience providing telehealth services preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
