Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth position serving clients throughout New York. In this role, you will provide ongoing therapy, help clients build practical coping strategies, and support progress through thoughtful clinical planning. Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for adults, adolescents, or families
- Assess mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment approaches
- Create and maintain clear, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Document sessions and clinical updates in a timely manner
- Track client progress and modify interventions when needed
- Provide crisis support and referrals when clinically appropriate
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and professional standards
Requirements
- Active New York LCSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Prior psychotherapy experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with telehealth systems and electronic documentation tools preferred
