Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
We are looking for a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join a remote telehealth team. You’ll provide therapy, complete intakes, build treatment plans, and help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges. The role also includes keeping organized notes and delivering care in a professional virtual setting.
Position: Full-Time
Location: Washington
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and gather client history
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor client progress throughout treatment
- Coordinate care when outside support is needed
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- 2 weeks PTO
