Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate our sales team towards achieving sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement used vehicle sales strategies to drive our preowned business growth
- Monitor and analyze used vehicle sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with inventory resources
- Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity in the preowned opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions for preowned vehicles
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Used Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques
