Turf Equipment Tech

Job Overview
We are seeking a Turf Equipment Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of mowing equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of tools, machinery, and golf course equipment. Your expertise will help keep our grounds healthy, vibrant, and beautifully maintained while ensuring safety and efficiency across all operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections and providing regular maintenance service

· Perform service and repairs on all equipment in inventory including maintenance vehicle

· Inventory and document records of maintenance

· Implement fabrication and welding

· Operate golf course equipment as necessary

· Adjust and maintain cutting units on mowing equipment to ensure optimal turf performance

Educational Requirements, License, Certifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid Driver’s License

Experience Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years experience in related mechanical turf equipment field preferred

· Must be skilled in maintenance and repair of turf equipment

· Must have the ability to read, interpret, and understand schematics and work instructions

· Must have basic mechanical skills with both gas and diesel engines, and knowledge of hydraulic systems and small engine repair

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
